Liberty Cemetery (Leon County)

This cemetery was found by driving down County Road 75 just north of Centerville, Texas. We turned down this pebbled, dirt road and drove about a mile where the road dead-ended at the cemetery. There is no historical marker at the location but based on a Google search, I found out this is considered a “white” cemetery. The oldest burial grave was of Susan A. Phillips, Sept 1, 1856.
